Tafread is a mobile application and website that provides access to Ramadan tafsir (Quranic exegesis) lectures from various scholars. The service is provided free of charge as a Sadaqah Jariyyah (ongoing charity) project by Ebee Solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Tafread, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and scholars
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to distribute malware or harmful content
• Not attempt to access areas of the service that are not intended for you
• Provide accurate information when communicating with us

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 App Content

The Tafread app, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is owned by Ebee Solutions. All rights are reserved.

4.2 Lecture Content

The tafsir lectures available through Tafread are the intellectual property of their respective scholars and content providers. Users may listen to lectures for personal, non-commercial use only. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of lecture content is prohibited without explicit permission from the content owners.

4.3 Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Download the app for personal use
• Stream lectures for personal listening
• Share links to the app with others

4.4 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Download, copy, or redistribute lecture content
• Use lectures for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Reverse engineer the application

5. Content Disclaimer

5.1 Islamic Content

The lectures available on Tafread represent the views and interpretations of individual scholars. Tafread and Ebee Solutions do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any particular interpretation. Users are encouraged to verify information and consult multiple sources in their pursuit of Islamic knowledge.

5.2 No Professional Advice

The content on Tafread is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered as a substitute for professional religious guidance, legal advice, or other professional services.

6. Donations

Tafread accepts voluntary donations to support the development and maintenance of the service. All payments are processed securely through a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Donations are:

• Completely voluntary and not required to use the service
• Non-refundable once processed
• Used to cover server costs, development, and future improvements
• Considered as Sadaqah (charity) and not as payment for services

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Tafread available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties
• Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tafread and Ebee Solutions shall not be liable for any:
